Electric Vehicle Chargers
Dufferin Mall has four electric car chargers, two each located on both P1 and P2 levels of the parking garage. These level-two chargers are available free of charge to Dufferin Mall shoppers.
Dufferin Mall Gift Cards
Dufferin Mall Gift Cards are available in any denomination between $5 to $500 and are redeemable at Dufferin Mall shops and services. Simply visit our Guest Services Desk at the Centre Court. You can purchase our gift cards by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, cash or debit.
Washrooms
Washrooms are Dufferin mall are located in the following areas of the mall:
- Between H&M and Tip Top on the north side of the mall.
- Inside Walmart on the ground floor level.
- In the food court located between Thai Express and Jerk King.
- Down the professional corridor located next to Globo Shoes.
Strollers
Self-serve vending strollers are available to rent and are located near Toys R' Us. There is a $8 rental fee. The machine accepts credit cards and cash. Upon return of the stroller, customers will receive a $2 rebate.
Recycling
You can now recycle old batteries, cell phones and cell phone chargers, and small electrical appliances like kettles, curling irons, flashlights, mixers, and toasters. Just deposit them in the recycling bin located just outside of the elevator on the first level of the parking garage.

At Dufferin Mall, we strive to give you a really enjoyable shopping experience. Visit our Guest Services at Centre Court and we will be delighted to assist you with mall queries and provide the following services:
- Photocopying
- Photocopying services are available at Guest Services for a nominal fee.
- Job Postings
- Please check out the Jobs page on our website for current job listings at Dufferin Mall.
- Lost and Found
- If you think you have left something behind, visit Guest Services or Security to inquire if anything has been turned in. If you find an item, please leave it at Guest Services and we will try to reunite it with the owner.
- Mall Information
- Information on our shops and services is available at Guest Services to make your visit to Dufferin Mall a more enjoyable and informative one.
- Wheelchair Use
- Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at Guest Services. We require a valid government photo ID (Health Card is not acceptable).
- Parking
- Parking facilities include FREE above-ground and sheltered parking, both of which are easily accessed from Mall entrances along the main thoroughfares in the area.
- Public Transportation
- Dufferin Mall provides excellent access for those taking public transportation. The Bloor subway line is situated one block to the north and the above-ground transit east-west along College Street is one block to the south. Dufferin Street bus service provides to-the-door service from the Dufferin subway station and all other points along the Dufferin Street bus route.
- ATM Machines
- BMO machines are located beside Baskin Robbins and The Body Shop, as well as outside Bank of Montreal.
- Auto Photo Service
- A photo booth is available for your instant photo needs and is located beside Baskin Robbins.
- Access
- All of Dufferin Mall's washrooms are wheelchair accessible and walker-friendly; and the mall's entrances are wheelchair-accessible and walker-friendly during business hours. Elevators are located across from Globo Shoes, which provides access to the main floor, second floor, and the P1 &P2 levels of the parking garage. A second elevator is located inside Marshalls, which provides access to the main level, the P1 level of the parking garage, and access to the Dufferin Street doors. When Marshalls is closed, their elevator is unavailable for public use, as is access to the Dufferin Street doors. Please note, only service animals are allowed at Dufferin Mall.
Security
On behalf of the entire security team, we hope that you have an enjoyable shopping experience.
Our goal is to provide a safe and secure environment for our tenants and customers. We will serve and protect persons and property at Dufferin Mall, ensuring that individual actions will not interfere with the public enjoyment of the mall. Our security team works closely with other store security within the mall and the Toronto Police Service to accomplish this goal.
Our dedicated security team is well-trained and educated, drawing from our previous experience in police, military and security agencies. Everyone is also trained to provide First Aid and CPR if required.
