At Dufferin Mall, we strive to give you a really enjoyable shopping experience. Visit our Guest Services at the Centre Court and we will be delighted to assist you with mall queries and provide the following services:

Dufferin Mall Gift Cards

Dufferin Mall Gift Cards are available in any denomination between $5 to $500 and are redeemable at Dufferin Mall shops and services. Simply visit our Guest Services Desk at the Centre Court. You can purchase our gift cards by VISA, Mastercard, Debit or Cash.

Mall Buggies

Dufferin Mall has children's strollers available for rent at the mall. The rental centre is located in the north east corner of the mall just outside of the Toys "R" Us entrance. Cost to rent is $5, credit cards are accepted.

Faxing and Photocopying

Faxing & Photocopying services are available for your convenience: Local Fax - $1.00 per page, Long Distance Fax (within Canada only) - $1.50 per page, Photocopying - $0.25 per page.

Lost and Found

If you think you have left something behind, visit Guest Services or Security to inquire if anything has been turned in. If you find an item, please leave it at Guest Services and we will try to reunite it with the owner.

Mall and Tourist Information

Information on our shops and services, about our community and our city is available at Guest Services to make your visit to Dufferin Mall a more enjoyable and informative one.

Wheelchair Use

Guest Services provide complimentary use of wheelchairs with the provision of a piece of identification, i.e. Driver's License.

Wi-Fi Access

In response to the demand for access to the Internet anytime & anywhere, Dufferin Mall has introduced free Wi-Fi access for its shoppers. The new Wi-Fi service is available to mall guests free of charge. Customers with laptops or Wi-Fi enabled devices will now be able to surf while at the mall. Users connect to the network through an access code, or FatCode, that is provided by Guest Services. The Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the shopping centre's food court.

Parking

Parking facilities include FREE above-ground and sheltered deck parking, both of which are easily accessed from direct street front entrances along the main thoroughfares in the area.

Public Transportation

Dufferin Mall provides excellent access for drivers, those taking public transportation, and pedestrians. The Bloor subway line is situated one block to the north; above-ground transit is extensive, featuring streetcar service on the east-west routes, and Dufferin Street bus service provides to-the-door-service.

ATM Machines

Frisco-Bay machines are located beside Baskin Robbins and Black's Photography

Auto Photo Service

Auto Photo booths are available for your instant photo needs. A coloured photo booth is located beside Wal-Mart and a digital photo booth is located beside Island Ink-Jet.

Family Washroom

Our state of the art Family Washroom offers leading edge facilities complete with changing tables, microwave, relaxed seating and a colorful, delightful children's play area. Our Family Washroom is located in the Food Court between Thai Express and Made in Japan.

Lockers

Don't worry about carrying parcels while you're shopping. Lockers are located at the hallway between Champs and Tim Hortons. Just pay $1.00 for the day (no overnight storage)

Service Ontario Kiosk

Service Ontario kiosk allows you to obtain government services and products: Renew Plate Stickers; Get an Abstract; Order a Used Vehicle Information Package (UVIP); Order Personalized Plates; Change your Address; Pay Fines; Outdoors Card Renewal. It is located at the Southeast area of the mall, beside Mark's Work Wearhouse

Handicap Access

All of Dufferin Mall's entrances and washrooms are wheelchair accessible and walker friendly. If you need further assistance, please visit our Guest Services Desk in Centre Court.

Security

Welcome to Dufferin Mall! On behalf of the entire security team, we hope that you have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Our goal is to provide a safe and secure environment for our tenants and customers. We will serve and protect persons and property at Dufferin Mall, ensuring that individual actions will not interfere with the public enjoyment of the mall. Our security team works closely with other store security within the mall and the Toronto Police Service to accomplish this goal.

Our dedicated security team is well-trained and educated, drawing from our previous experience in police, military and security agencies. Everyone is also trained to provide First Aid and CPR if required.

Security is onsite, 24 hours a day.
